Kuwait Shuaiba Refinery Maintenance In April 2011- Manager

ROTTERDAM, Netherlands (Dow Jones)--Kuwait National Petroleum Co.'s 200,000-barrel-a-day Shuaiba refinery will shut for full maintenance in April next year, the plant's operations manager said Wednesday.

The turnaround will last for around 30 days, Mutlaq Al Azmi told Dow Jones Newswires on the sidelines of the Global Refining Summit in Rotterdam.

The refinery exports most of its output to southeast Asia, he said.
