Maria Villablanca
Managing Director for WTG Business Summits Based in London - Toronto Maria joined WTG in 2003 and is a board member within the business. She was appointed CEO of North America in 2009 and MD of the Summits Division in 2011. She originally joined as a Sales Manager and was appointed a Sales Director in 2004. In 2007 she relocated to Toronto as SVP to take charge of the North American business. Prior to joining WTG she was a sales executive for Cornhill Publications and Summits.

Francesco Scalzo
Senior Vice-President NA Based in Toronto Francesco joined WTG in 2005 as a sales executive and now sits on the WTG Executive Board. In 2011, after contributing to the successful expansion of WTG's North American office as Vice President Sales, he became Senior Vice President, extending his responsibilities to running the day to day operations of the Summits business in North America. He graduated from Queen's University, with a B.A. Honours in Politics and a minor in History.

Dan Drori
Group Sales Director Based in London Dan joined WTG in 2007 and sits on the WTG Executive Board. He was appointed Group Sales Director following a successful two years as Head of Global Accounts with responsibility for key client management. Dan is now responsible for all Sales aspects of the Summits business and is tasked with managing a unified sales and account management strategy across our global portfolio of events. Dan began his career at WTG as a sales executive and has worked closely with senior management in order to deliver outstanding sales performance

Caroline Mather
Group Events Director - Production & Marketing Based in London Caroline joined WTG in July 2011, she is globally responsible for the Conference Production and Marketing of all WTG's events and sits on the WTG Executive Board. Before joining WTG, Caroline was the Group Conference Director at UBM Conferences where she played a key role in launching and growing its global conference business. Prior to that, Caroline spent 5 years as Marketing Director at Emap Conferences responsible for marketing, delegate sales, data, design and customer service and played a key role in growing it into one of the most successful and highly-respected conference businesses in the industry.

Jo Evans
Group Operations Director Based in London Jo Evans joined WTG in October 2011 as Group Operations Director and sits on the WTG Executive Board, where she is responsible for all operational activity including customer care. She has worked in the events industry since 2003 starting out at EMAP as Customer Service Manager and then rising to the Head of Delegate Sales and Services. Responsible for the customer care and experience of more than 80,000 attendees, Jo's strengths lie in process development, event optimisation and management. Moving onto UBM Conferences as Head of Global Operations in late 2008, Jo was responsible for their event and business operations. She also led her department to win the 'Best Operations Team' award at the Conference Awards in 2011. Jo has vast experience of event and business operations in the North America, South America, Europe and Asia.

Nathan Robinson
Managing Director, WTG Training Based in London Nathan has been with WTG for 6 years and a member of the WTG senior management team since the launch of WTG Training in 2010. After graduating in Business Management at the University of Birmingham, Nathan started his career at WTG as a Delegate Sales Executive. Nathan was then promoted into sales management and over 4 years led a series of high profile and successful sales campaigns. Drawing on that experience, Nathan developed, proposed and launched WTG Training and currently runs the Division
